Logan obtained his real estate license in 1997, at the age of 19. He formed the Waller Group in 2005 which specializes primarily in REO brokerage. The Waller Group quickly became the largest REO brokerage in North Texas and the largest REO brokerage nationwide within the RE/MAX franchise closing over 740 REO properties in 2008.

Logan has served on the Strategic Planning Committee for the North Texas Real Estate Systems. Served as past member of the Premiere Asset Services Broker Forum. National REO Broker Association Make a Wish Committee member, REOMAC member, Preferred Wilshire Broker, Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, GMAC, Nationstar, Citi, Fannie Mae, and many outsourcers.

Logan is a Certified REO specialist, participates in several peer roundtable groups, industry roundtable events and educational panels throughout the nation regarding REO and distressed asset situations. Logan has consulted for GRG Council and private equity funds regarding local market conditions and changes within the REO and non-performing asset sector.
